How to Book a Coach Charter with T-Ranz — and How Fast You Get a Quote

What we need from you, and what happens after you send the enquiry.

T-Ranz vehicle ready for a charter pickup

Charters are priced per job rather than per day, so there is no instant checkout — there is a short enquiry instead. It takes a couple of minutes, and the quote comes back the same business day in most cases.

What we need from you

  • The trip: Pickup and drop-off, plus any stops along the way. Multi-leg trips are fine — add each leg as its own line.

  • The date and time: Including the return leg if you need one. Approximate is fine at the enquiry stage.

  • The group: How many passengers, and whether anyone is bringing luggage, sporting gear or instruments.

  • How to reach you: A name, email and phone number, so we can confirm the detail before the quote goes out.

What happens next

Our team sizes the right vehicle for the group, checks driver availability for your date, and sends a written quote. Nothing is locked in until you accept it — you can change the timing, the pickup point or the vehicle class along the way.

Why charters are quoted, not listed

A charter price depends on distance, duration, the number of legs, driver hours and the vehicle class. Two trips leaving the same suburb on the same morning can cost very different amounts. Quoting each job means you pay for the trip you are actually taking rather than a padded average.

Weddings, school runs, corporate transfers, airport pickups, sporting events — if it involves moving a group, send us the details and we will price it.
